HR Admin Generalist
Location: Hybrid, Onsite
Type: Full Time



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree on Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course.
  • At least three (3) years experience in Human Resource, including two (2) years as HR Generalist.
  • Experience in HR administration of a start-up company is highly preferred.
  • High competence in the use of computer-based office productivity tools such as MS Office, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capacity
  • High level sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • People-oriented personality. Ability to maintain pleasant rapport with employees and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain sensitivity concerning business and confidential matters.
  • Strong command of English both oral and written.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organization, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Fast learner and a continuous learner.



Directly reports to the Philippine Country Manager.


  • Coordination with the various functional units to achieve recruitment goals and targets.
  • Management of job ads. Receiving applications from job posting sites.
  • Coordination with outsourced recruiters.
  • Share job openings to our network of connections and relevant social media sites/groups.
  • Resume/CV screening and initial phone interviews.
  • Communication and coordination with applicants.
  • Administer assessments and schedule interviews with applicants and interviewers.


  • Drafting and updating of Employee Handbook/company policies.
  • Facilitates the on-boarding of newly hired employees. Orients new employees on
    company policies.
  • Assists the management in implementing employee development (training) and
    engagement activities.
  • Monitors & ensures the timely performance evaluations of employees.
  • Assists in the proper enforcement of company policies.
  • Facilitates the resolution of employee issues, complaints, and disciplinary actions in a
    timely manner. Ensures proper and complete documentation of these.
  • Provide the management important insights on Philippine labor laws and government


  • Assist in the set up and use of an HRIS.
  • Monitoring of absences & leaves. Might include uploading of these info to a payroll
  • Administration of a time tracking system for hybrid/remote workdays.
  • Preparation and submission of labor-related documents for government requirements
    (DOLE, SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR and employee files (e.g. 201, JDs, HR procedures).
  • Other HR-related administrative tasks that may be required, as needed.



  • Open to working during European and US Eastern Time work hours.
  • 1st six months: On-site reporting in Mall of Asia area, Pasay City.
  • After six months: Hybrid working arrangement based on work requirements.
  • Willing to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed.
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year.
